FLAG DAY FLOAT WINS TROPHY

Friends of Hudson's first annual entry into the Hudson Flag Day parade won a trophy for "Best Columbia County theme." The float, which included 8 local children and member Lisa Durfee as St. Winifred, recreated the scene in Hudson's Promenade Park where a statue of the saint looks over the Hudson River.
