STATE: SLC APPLICATION IS NOT 'SATISFACTORY'
ALBANY (N.Y.) -- The Division of Coastal Resources, an agency of The New York State Department of State, has found that St. Lawrence Cement's application is not "satisfactory," and is requiring the company to furnish new data and explanations on 10 broad questions.
